You can use this app to help monitor the status of your small business online. The app integrates with Google Analytics, Xero, Klout and more to monitor the status of your business. All the data is displayed on a single, easy-to-interpret page. You can use WebControlRoom to compare your performance month to month, decide which areas need to be worked on, and keep a record on the health of your small online business.

What is the history and popularity of the app?

WebControlRoom was launched in February of 2012 by Australian businessman Dan Norris, an expert on small business on the web. Mr. Norris designed the app to aggregate all the various reports that an online small business usually receives - Google Analytics information, MailChimp, Xero, Klout and more. The app didn't garner as much attention as many other successful startups in its early month of performance. The company plans to add several more features.

What are the differences to other apps?

Convenience makes this app stand out from others. WebControlRoom aggregates other apps and reports that can be important to small business owners and managers. The main function is convenience and, as such, the app is more convenient that trying to sift through all those other services on their own.

How does the web app look and feel to use?

The app is very simple to use. After registration, you are taken to a page where you configure the main services you use so that they can be integrated with the app. Google Analytics, PayPal, Xero, Mail Chimp, AWeber and more can all be integrated with the app individually by clicking a button with the logo of that service. Once you click the button, a list of instructions will appear telling you how to integrate the app with that particular service. In many cases, you can integrate automatically if you are already logged in to the other service. The app requires no downloads.

How does the registration process work?

To register with the app, simply lick the Get Started Now button on the main page of the web site. It will take you to a page where you can sign in using Twitter, Facebook or your Google account. You can also create an account with your e-mail address. From there, you are taken to a page where you can immediately start configuring the app to use data from your other services.
